Frustrated Network Marketers, here are some ways to break the frustration cycle.

Frustrated network marketers, demand the truth from your coach. It is your right and you should not stop short of getting it.

Frustrated network marketers like everyone else are in business to make money. Unfortunately, some do not make any while some make too much. I assume that it is the way nature intended it to be. However, I do not believe it is ok for one individual or company to manipulate or exploit another party to achieve that success just because they can.

The most unfortunate part of this scenario is that the ones that are enjoying the success never turns back to look at the ones they climbed over to gain their way forward. When one party gets ahead by exploiting another there is an equal hurt for the exploited party, as there is joy that comes with it.

There are ways to break that trend. Frustrated network marketers should make sure to approach their coach and demand that the truth be told to them. Do some research on the product or service that you are about to sell. Know enough about that market so you can educate your new prospects properly. An educated prospect is your best customer.

Do not hope to be lucky in the business to make it rich. Business success does not depend on luck. At least not the same luck like winning the lottery or finding a moneybag full of unmarked bills on the side of the road. You have to prepare yourself for your business. Good training, proper coaching and reading helps accomplish this. Readers are leaders and leaders read. Grab a few books on the subject of your business and read.

There are many people who do very well in the network marketing business. Nevertheless, these people were ready when the time came for them to succeed. “Luck is when preparation meets opportunity.” I strongly believe that to be true and that belief has prevented me from remaining one of those frustrated network marketers for too long.

Being prepared for your opportunities when it comes seems redundant. Why would you want to wait for an opportunity to come? Why not just go ahead and get it? Well you do not have to wait. You can make this move by building your own website. Do not depend on the site given to you by the company you are doing business with. Although they are very well written and professional looking they will not achieve your goal. Remember there are hundreds of other business minded people using that same website to grow their business to. That creates too much fierce competition. As a network marketer, you need relationships with people to build your business. You must add your personal touch to your site to obtain that trust from your new prospective customers. Without that, you look like just another company representative trying to sell.

Another important reason for your own website is to create your own traffic. Having a unique website is the best way to generate your own traffic. With the company provided website almost every prospect that you get will have to be bought from some sales lead generating company. I must mention that these companies to me are not legit. They obtain people’s information from all types of scheme and turn around and sell them to you as sales leads. Half of these people do not want to be bothered the other half do not have money. So for starters buying sales leads is a waste of money. However with so many similar websites, the only way for you to receive traffic is for you to buy them. This means you are spending more and more money and most likely not making any. This is the catalyst for creating frustrated network marketers.

Next important part of network marketing success is being able to market the most important commodity “yourself”. Inviting people to meetings and having parties at your home helps but that is not profitable. Building relationships mean building trust. One key to accomplishing that is to be honest.

You may have heard of countless ways to create wealth online using a host of plug and play system. Do you believe them? Is creating wealth online just a mirage? It can be unfortunately so, it could all be a mirage. We have to face it. If making money online is as easy as describe in this so call money making machines and cash generator we would all be rich.

How many people you know has tried their hands at network marketing. Or even just at a chance of making money online through one of those so call “full proof system” but never made a dime, instead they waste countless hours and exhaust all of their previously hard earned money. This reality happens way too often. Many people confuse those get rich quick schemes with network marketing and that was their first mistake. Network marketing is a business model that thrives on building solid relationship with your customers. Changing customers into business partners and helping business partners expand their business. If you are not being taught how to do that then you are most likely not in a network market business.

Network means joining together, most of the scam plans demonstrate how to NOT have to connect directly with anyone. “Build an income on autopilot.” Work only two hours a day. I must admit these are eye catching slogans but really they are way too obvious. We all know you must work to eat. Create income on auto pilot, now that’s a joke. There have to be some point where I have to give up something. So what is that going to be? Is it my dignity, my honesty, or my money? It is already clear that it is not going to be my time so how am I going to get rich out of doing that. How am I supposed to generate income if I do nothing? These questions should be rattling the mind of any honest person when approached with a preposition like that.

Unfortunately there are thousands of people who never give it a second thought. They just shell out their money in hopes of becoming rich the next day. These people then end up in a group of victims to what would have been. They call themselves frustrated network marketers. The problem is they were never network marketers in the first place. They were just victims of a pyramid scheme which disguised it self as a network marketing company.

Network marketing is the black sheep of business models. It is easy to duplicate and to be misrepresented. With all these vulnerability it is easy for the business to be used as a hideout for predators. One of the biggest downside of multi-level marketing is the ability for anyone to join and become successful. It is funny because that should be the upside.

The amazing power of the get rich quick ads

With that known fact it is no surprise that people fall for those scams. The notion that "if you can I can to "is the biggest weakness in the business. Most people are unhappy with their current lifestyle. Working from 9 to 5 everyday making somebody else rich. Having to listen to bosses who you are certain have no idea of how to do the work themselves, command you into doing it for a lot less money than them. That daily commute and now added to that mess of traffic issues is a hike in gas prices. As a regular hourly employee you always feel that you are always giving up the most energy but that it is you suffering the worst misery.

These are great incentive to make you want to do better in life. Then here comes these nice colorful ads painting a picture of freedom. The freedom you longed for ever since you started your first job in high school, flipping burgers. For years you have dreams of leaving that rate race of employee boss relationship and getting financial freedom from some other way. You never imagine what that way would be but you knew there was another way different from the one you currently know. Another way that leads to owning a nice house on the hill overlooking the bay. A yacht docked at the harbor ready for you whenever you feel the need to getaway. That fast cute looking sports car, the envy of the neighbor hood. The perfect family with everything they want at their fingertips. This ad is telling you that YES all these things can be yours. Your body shake just to hear those words and then they make it even better. You can have all this by just working a few hours a day from the comfort of your home.

I know at first it jolts your mind and then you stop LOL. Are they for real? Can I really make all that money from my home by working just a few hours a day? Yes off course you can. This is the answer you hear from the rest of the ad which brings up actual people who achieve that dream by using the system that this company has in place. All they had to do is just plug into it and watch their bank account grew. Now a rational person that you are you try to break down the scenario so that it make sense to you. You look at all angles to see where you fit in. This is your dream; this is what you have been waiting for all of your working life. You second guess your thoughts and ask your self questions but for every question you ask you have an answer. They all point you into the direction of the get rich quick plan. So you go for it. You try to play it smart and try to bargain with the price to join. The scammers comes up with a payment plan for you one that you can afford. One that works out perfect for you. You buy into his scheme. He walks away a richer person and you just lost your money.

Unfortunately you do not know that you lost your money yet and he is not finished taking it either. Remember you had a payment plan that you have to fulfill and he is not going to let you forget. The plan was not intended for you to get rich but it was set up for the fraud to get your money. All the things that came to your mind when approached with the idea were already considered in the scam. These people that create these false practices put in as much time and effort into creating it as the ones that set up the legitimate businesses. They got into your head first with the ads and then they stayed there until you made the decision to give them your money. You bought what you think is a business. They sold you something to occupy your time until you find out that it does not work. Personally I believe that scammers are much more intelligent than the regular Joe. They are much more precise in their schemes. If only they would use that talent for real business. Put in some honest effort and stop preying on the weaker brains. Their could be a lot of successful network marketers and other business people out there.

Then again why work hard when you can get your money on autopilot. Now Frauds has moved into high tech mode with the internet. Plug and Play. All you have to do is buy their system input your information and watch your bank account grow. Wow another LOL moment. But once again the temptation draws you in and you fall for the scam.

The Image of Network Marketing

I don’t blame frustrated network marketers for falling victim to those frauds. I have to admit it they are very enticing. What I blame them for is placing the blame on network marketing. Many people who fell victim to those frauds claim that they were taken by a network marketing scam. Well for those people I want to explain, a scam it definitely was but network marketing it sure was not. Because somebody poses as a network marketer does not make them part of a network marketing company. Example if someone poses as a car sales man and rob you of your money by promising you a car that you never get are you going to blame it on the automobile industry? I pretty sure you won’t. It will be blamed on that individual. You will single him out and make sure every body know exactly who scammed you. So why can’t we do the same for network marketing. Why can’t we single out those people and blame them. I believe it is a part of our guilt and shame that makes it easier to point the blame on a group so that we don’t look stupid. “Well it wasn’t just me they got a whole lot of people the same way. It is that network marketing thing”… Shame on you so called frustrated network marketers. Shame on you for not pointing out your predator and blaming network marketing for you loss.

People are afraid to talk to you if you claim to be a network marketer. They automatically think that you are trying to scam them. That stereotyping of the business has hurt a lot of people. This has prevented a lot of well intended business minded people to fail at their business. These people are the only true frustrated network marketers. And what frustrates them? The fact that they can see the light in the other end of the tunnel but can’t get to it because of people who fall for scams and blame it on the business. Because of these very intelligent people who retreats to building fake business instead of legitimate ones. The real frustrations comes from knowing that what you are offering is legit. It is profitable and honest and if given a second it could change lives for the better. Instead you are pushed away without even given a chance to start all because of a bad rap for which your business model is innocent.

People who jump into business to make that quick cash and get burnt deserve it. There is no room for sympathy to those people who started a business with a company, paid out a lot of money to join a business without doing some research of that company. These people deserver every bit of the punishment they receive by loosing their money. How do you expect to join a business at the top of the downline? Don’t you stop and think for a minute that it is not possible. What do you think happen to the people that were there before you? They just roll over and play dead so that you can enjoy the glory. Network marketing does not work that way. You have to build a network first. You have to create your own downline to create wealth. It does not stop there; you have to train your downline to create their own relationships. That’s what network marketing is all about. I have said it many times already Network marketing is all about building relationships. You have to first market yourself to attract people to your business. Once they are in, you have to be honest and show them how to do the same for their business.

Number One Asset

You are your greatest asset in network marketing. Not your colorful advertisements, not the product you sell or service you are offering. Not that website at the top of the search engine. If people don’t feel comfortable with you they won’t do business. Some may but then it will be very limited and full of skepticism. That not the type of business transaction that you crave.

I have been part of that problem before so I know it does not work. When I first join into an herbal nutrition and weight loss network marketing company I had a bad coach. He was assign to me so I felt like I had no choice but to do business with him. From the very beginning of our conversations he made me feel like a victim. I was already skeptical about the business because of the rumors out there and he was just making it worst. He had no tack no personal or people skills. His answers were dry and you felt no emotional connection. It actually felt like he was not appreciating my business. After a few phone calls and one really bad idea from him I had to dump him.

I could have reason out with his proposal and see if it could possibly work, but his persona prevented me from even giving him a chance. I was already one foot in and one foot out so as soon as he slipped I was out. At my first try at network marketing my coach had turned me into a frustrated network marketer.

We all have a six sense it is our gut feeling. If you are not comfortable your chances of going through with a deal are very slim. People don’t do business if they do not believe it is in their best interest. You have to make them feel that way. You have to show them that it is a bout them and the only way to do that is to build their trust in you. That is what it means to market yourself.

The solution

Don’t remain a frustrated network marketer for ever. Learn how to market yourself. Stray away from frauds. Build a business that you love and are committed to. Choose a company that has the compensation plan that you deserve. Do not fall for the false hypes and half-truths. Stay away from those colorful advertisement.
